On April 29–30, 2025, REPURPOSE took part in the Horizon Europe Cluster 6 brokerage event in Brussels, a two-day initiative aimed at fostering cross-sector collaboration around sustainability and innovation.

The event brought together a wide range of stakeholders, from researchers and academic institutions to industry representatives, all engaged in shaping the future of Europe’s green transition. Discussions focused on vital themes including biodiversity, the bioeconomy, climate resilience, food systems, soil health, and water management.
Within this dynamic context, REPURPOSE stood out as a tangible example of European cooperation, showcasing how public and private partners can jointly develop innovative, sustainable solutions.

We are grateful to our coordinator, Bio Base Europe Pilot Plant, for actively representing the project during the event, and to the organizing team, including our partner, the Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences, for creating such a valuable networking and collaboration opportunity.
